in the way you described. but like zvil said, two different tires on the same axel isnt ideal at all. get your tire situation sorted out, then have the alignment done. if after these post youre curious about your center carrier bearing you can check on it pretty easy if youre able to get under your car. all you have to do is grab your driveline and see how much it moves. the bearing on the two piece that came with my car was completely blown, allowing A LOT of play in how much i was able to wiggle it. good luck with your issue.
